Presented at the New York Public Library on June 2nd Calvin Klein designer Francisco Costa named winner at the Council of Fashion Designers of America’s 2008 fashion awards; taking home Womenswear Designer of the Year award. This is his second time winning the evening’s top honor in three years. First-time nominees Tom Ford and Tory Burch garnered wins for Menswear Designer of the Year and Accessory Designer of the Year, respectively.
