134 years of horse racing also means 134 years of derby fashion..most of which I will never understand. Albeit the oversize hats do protect from the sun. I think most celebs in attendance overdo the nostalgic fashion elements just a bit. I remember a few years ago Jessica Simpson wore an adorable pink floral dress and pink hat. Perhaps Heidi Montag googled that pic, because she actually got this look right - for once! Everyone else missed the mark or is just hideous.
