Pre-Awards Events

As I suspected and if the Critics Choice Awards and Diamond Fashion Awards pre-arrivals are any indication of more fashion to come this month; very subdued and modest attire. Neutral makeup and nails, with the exception of the occasional red lacquer.Trends indicate one-shoulder gowns and strapless designer duds will be most popular during awards season. I’m feeling pretty confident with my award season picks! My favorites from yesterday’s red carpet are Kate Beckinsale and Debra Messing.

I’m so happy Kate Beckinsale finally made another movie because we get to see her out n about promoting her new film. I wonder why Kate said she will not do another Underworld movie?? It just won’t be the same without her. Anyhow, Kate was looking stunning as ever last week; my favorite look is the one-shoulder white ruffle dress.

Practically everyone in L.A turned out for the Grand Re-Opening Of The Burberry Beverly Hills Store in California. If you have been following my blogs you are aware of my love for everything Burberry Prorsum. Two of my favorite Hollywood A-listers, Victoria Beckham & Kate Beckinsale decided to drape themselves in red this week. Nothing hotter than a red dress to warm up the night (or day). I purchased my sister the D'Closet Radiant Ruffle Dress in red pictured below as a thank you gift..hopefully she will wear it!!
