Ashley Paige ,known for hand-made knit swimwear (and for hiring the Kardashian sister’s to model her summer line) presented her fall 2008 collection in L.A this week. George Clooney's girlfriend, Sarah Larson, also walked the catwalk for Ashley (see first picture below). Is it me or is this collection more like lingerie than swimwear??

L.A. FALL FASHION WEEK 2008 - LAUREN CONRAD
Actress and California native Lauren Conrad rose to fame in 2004 as one of the stars of the MTV reality show Laguna Beach. Supposedly, Lauren attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and the FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) in Los Angeles ..I couldn’t find any evidence that Lauren graduated from either school. But readers correct me if I’m wrong! This is Lauren’s first collection and runway presentation. The line is sort of 50’s and sort of L.A inspired. Some of the pieces are cute and wearable; overall VERY basic designs. What do you think??
