Victoria Beckham RTW Collection On Sale Monday

Victoria's celeb friends, like Eva Longoria, have been stepping out in her designs for a while, and now you'll be able to get your hands on Posh's designs too as her new dress collection finally goes on sale next week. To showcase the dresses, which hit Selfridges on Wednesday, she has launched a new website dedicated to Victoria Beckham dresses.
The collection, which she unveiled to the fashion press during New York Fashion Week in September is made up of chic, lady like, structured and tailored styles.
On her new website you'll be able to see the 10 strong collection of styles and watch a short film, starring Mrs Beckham herself, talking about her creations.

2008 SUNGLASS TRENDS

I don’t know about you, but I’m always tempted to add one new pair of sunglasses to my summer line-up each year. Styles & color trends always evolve which makes it easy to be tempted to upgrade. I still plan to rock my Marc Jacobs plastic aviators circa 2007, but I do love the oversize 70’s and refurbished metal aviators from the 80’s trend of this year. Problem is who can afford two pair of fabulous sunglasses?? So far my favorite designer sunglasses are by Chloe and Tom Ford. I do like the way Victoria Beckham wears her own DVB sunglasses and I have seen them on others; they can be difficult to pull off due to the large oversize style. Not loving the way Jennifer Lopez looks in the Oliver Peoples retro sunglasses, perhaps a bit too large for her round face. So my dream purchase is the Tom Ford Cream Leather Aviators pictured below for the low-low price of $500 bucks!… : (

Don’t Call It a Come Back…

.........Yes, they have been here before, time & time again. I realize the oversized Vintage Sunglass was introduced summer ’07 but I truly believe we will see ladies 'lunching' lounging during summer ’08 wearing these colorful accessories. Victoria Beckham launched a creative line of Retro shades with her DVB line ($250 dollar range), check out dvbstyle.com; glasses sold at Harrods in London and Saks Fifth Avenue in the U.S. Also, I found a few inexpensive ‘trial’ pair of Retro glasses on Amazon.com.
