This year Red Carpet makeup has been..understated for the most part, except for the occasional orange-red lipstick as seen on Sienna Miller and Lara Koerner at the British Oscars. Most starlets are opting for smokey grey eyes and pale rose or peach lipgloss. Where is the J-glow when you need it??
